As soon as your employees are hired, French companies must hold several registers in their companies.
The “single personnel register” module allows you to enter and generate the entire list of your personnel who must be indicated in this RUP register.

As soon as your employees are hired, French companies must hold several registers in their companies.
Are the single personnel register and the single professional risk assessment document mandatory? Do you need to have a fire safety register in place? What are you risking if you don't meet your obligations?
A personnel register must be opened upon hiring your first employee.
Interns and civic service volunteers must be mentioned in a specific part of this register.
No specific form is imposed, but certain information is obligatory.
The following information must be entered in the order of hires (or arrivals):
Identification of the employee: surname, first names, date of birth, gender, nationality
Career: jobs, qualifications, date of entry and exit from the company
Type of contract: CDI: CDI: Permanent employment contract, apprenticeship contract, professional integration contract, CDD: CDD: Fixed-term contract, made available by a group of employers or by an employment company temporary, work from home
For foreign workers: type and serial number of the work authorization document
For interns and volunteers in civic service: first and last name, start and end dates of the internship or training in a professional environment, first and last name of the tutor, place of presence of the intern
For part-time employees: mention “part-time employee”
For employees whose hiring or dismissal authorization is required: date of this authorization or date of the authorization request
The employee in a regular teleworking situation must be identified as a teleworker on this register.
In the event of a succession of employment contracts, the corresponding entry and exit dates are indicated for each contract on a new line in the register.
This register can be kept digitally after consultation with the social and economic committee (CSE).
It is made available to the labor inspectorate and members of the CSE.
The absence of a register, the absence of updating or forgetting mandatory information can result in a fine of up to €750 per employee concerned.
