1- Management of maintenance sheets: Employees can create their own maintenance sheet, clone that of a previous year, modify it and sign it. Once the file has been validated by the line manager, the employee can no longer delete it.
2- Creation and signature of the sheets by the line manager: Managers can create interview sheets for the employees under their supervision and sign them once completed.
3- Confidentiality and visibility: Employees can only consult their own interview sheets or those of employees for whom they are the hierarchical superiors, thus ensuring the confidentiality of information.
4- Customizable form: The interview form can be modified from one year to the next to meet the specific needs of the organization. Only administrators can make these changes.
5- Export to PDF format: Maintenance sheets can be easily exported to PDF format for easy sharing and preservation.
