Our solution allows receipts to be automatically dispatched to the appropriate printers (kitchen, bar, restaurant, etc.) without manual intervention, directly from any terminal (tablet, PC, etc.).

Our solution allows receipts to be automatically dispatched to the appropriate printers (kitchen, bar, restaurant, etc.) without manual intervention, directly from any terminal (tablet, PC, etc.).
What We Offer:
Our service includes:

A local automatic printing script, to be installed on a PC connected to the same network as the printers. It receives the orders and silently sends them to the configured printers.

Full configuration based on your needs: routing tickets to the correct printers (kitchen, drinks, etc.) according to product categories.

A "TakePOS Restaurant" Dolibarr module, optimized for tablets, which interacts with the local PC script to automatically trigger printing based on user actions (order placed, sent to kitchen, etc.).

Remote assistance for installation and testing via AnyDesk.
Technical Requirements:
To prepare the setup, we will need the following:

The exact model of the printers used (e.g., EPSON TM-T88V, Star TSP143, etc.)

The IP address of each printer (static preferred)

A local Windows PC that is always on and connected to the same network as the printers (this PC acts as the communication bridge with Dolibarr)

AnyDesk installed and configured on this PC to allow remote installation and testing
Service Cost:
The total price for this turnkey solution is €2500 including tax,
which covers installation, configuration, custom script, the "TakePOS Restaurant" Dolibarr module, and remote support.
