Loyalty Points

The Loyalty Points module for Dolibarr is designed to strengthen customer loyalty by offering discounts based on the accumulation of points. Unlike traditional systems where points are used to reduce the invoice amount, this module allows you to generate specific discounts, which can be managed as products for optimal monitoring of the discounts granted.

Main features:

Loyalty system based on discounts:

- Accumulation of points by the customer based on their purchases.

- Conversion of points into discounts is used in the form of discount lines at the invoice level, allowing detailed monitoring in billing reports.

Full compatibility with the TakePOS module:

- Display of loyalty points available to the customer directly in the TakePOS interface.

- Points appear under the customer's name and phone number at the top left, in the TakePOS Plus enhancement.

- Possibility to join the loyalty program directly from TakePOS, for simplified management at the point of sale.

Flexibility and advanced configuration:

- Management of points accumulation rules: by purchase amount, customers, etc.

- Setting of points thresholds to unlock specific discounts.

- Complete history of points and discounts granted per customer.

Monitoring and reporting:

- Monitoring of specific discounts, ensuring total transparency in financial reports.

- Centralized management of loyalty points (Loyalty points details appear only on the TakePOS module ticket export).
