The “Investigator Monitoring” module has been designed to meet the specific needs of market research firms or companies working with external investigators. Here are the main features:
1. Management of investigators and third parties:
• Addition of specific fields conditioned by the status of investigator (subcontractor):
• Language (multiple choice)
• Type of survey (multiple choice, to be defined in the dictionary)
• Type of investigator (unique, to be defined in the dictionary)
• Province (multiple choice)
• Other customizable fields
2. “Projects” view:
• Creation of an “Investigators” tab to assign investigators to projects.
• For each assigned investigator:
• Number of surveys assigned (summable numeric field)
• Budget allocated to the investigator (summable numerical field)
• Weekly monitoring of the progress of investigations:
• Survey status (unanswered, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, complete, conflict)
• Evaluation of investigators at the end of the mission:
• Quality, speed, compliance with instructions, price
• Average score calculated automatically
• Free comments on the project
3. “Third party” view:
• Filtering of third parties by type (investigator or client)
• Viewing investigator details:
• Classic information from the third party
• History of missions (year, third party, project name)
• Assessment results
• Summary of comments by project
4. Other Features:
• Management of additional fields for investigators in the dictionary.
• Management of the progress of investigations (no response, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, complete, conflict).
• Added a “Project Manager” column to the list of projects.
