Production sheet

The Production Sheet Module is a complete tool for the management of daily production processes by team. It makes it possible to optimize and monitor production performance, identify recurring breakdowns and evaluate team efficiency. Here is a detailed description of the functionality of the module:

1- Generation of the production sheet:

For each production, a production sheet is automatically generated, thus facilitating the traceability and monitoring of operations.

2- Management of the types of breakdowns:

Create and manage different types of failures to better analyze and resolve them.

3- Status of failures over a given period:

Identify the most recurring failures and those that take the longest time to resolve, to improve production efficiency.

The Production Sheet module also includes several tables for precise and detailed monitoring of operations:

- Table T1: The production formula

This table presents the formula used to calculate the production, allowing to optimize and adjust the processes according to the needs.

- Table T2: Consumption of raw materials

This table makes it possible to follow the consumption of raw materials for each production, in order to better manage stocks and costs.

- Table T3: Production

This table lists production data, providing an overview of performance and results.

- Table T4: Failures / Observations

This table identifies failures and relevant observations for each production, facilitating communication and problem solving.

- Table T5: LABO summary

This table presents a summary of the analyzes and controls carried out in the laboratory for each production.

Finally, the Production Sheet module allows you to generate a summary document integrating all the tables above. This document can be printed and archived for later consultation and rigorous monitoring of production activities.
