Simple Payment

The "Simple Payment" Module allows us to collect from our suppliers or customers, who instead of closing each invoice one by one, we can record a payment or collection and it will credit or debit the third party (customer or supplier) general statement and the financial aspect. Each previous invoice will be automatically closed.

The ERP user will record a third party revenue payment without having to select and associate any of the third party invoices.

This entry will credit or debit the third party accordingly. Same thing for reimbursement.

Without having to select an invoice in the invoice selection. Inputs will credit or debit third party financial negligence.

The next action is to automatically classify as paid all the third party's invoices from the oldest to the most recent according to the amount of the last payment.

To summarize, The "Simple Payment" Module is a solution that will provide us with an entry of our payment from/to a third party without having to select invoices but just to credit or debit the global financial account.

You have two options in the "Manual or automatic" module to pay your third party invoices:

Manually:

you will choose a third party to check if they already have income or an outgoing payment (payments that are not completely used).

Then, you will have a button to break down the total payments (payments not fully used) for all third-party invoices (from oldest to newest) and classify them as paid.

Automatically :

We are going to create a Cron Job which will be executed every day and check if you have already inserted payments and that there are validated and unpaid invoices in order to distribute the total of the payments available on all of these invoices from the third party .
