Module objectives :
The “Intervention Plus” module is a revolutionary tool that simplifies and optimizes intervention management, from planning to invoicing. Designed for sales and technical teams, it offers a complete suite of features to ensure transparent and efficient monitoring of each intervention.
Installing the module :
- Download the module archive file (.zip).
- Deploy the module from « Home> Setup> Modules/Applications > Deploy/install external app/module ».
- Activate the module.
To install an update, it may be necessary to disable and enable the module to ensure proper installation.
Access to the module :
Once the module is activated, access the « Intervention plus » menu, where you will find its submenus displayed :

New intervention :
- To create a new « intervention », please access this interface :
- Choose a third party, then click on the « Create draft » button .
- Then fill out the following form, then click on « Create draft » :
Management of intervention types :
- To obtain « The subject of the intervention », go to the « Types of interventions » menu, then click on the icon 
Then fill out the form, then click on « Save » .
Intervention display :
To launch the intervention, click on the « Validate and plan » button
